Transport helicopter MI-8/17, from the Air Force Brigade of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia, traditionally gave a ride to Santa Clause. It landed in front of the plateau full of people at the military part of the International Airport Skopje, in the military barracks “Strasho Pindjur” in Petrovec.
After its attractive flyover and landing, Santa, the children’s favourite person, got off the helicopter and gave 500 presents to children whose parents are fallen servicemen of the Air Force Brigade, work in that brigade or in other ARM units and Macedonian MOD.
The traditional arrival of Santa Clause is organized by the servicemen of the Air Force Brigade, and this year it was accompanied by a show performed by the dance studio “Mak” from Kumanovo and folk dance group “Goce Markovski” from Skopje.
