In accordance with the Guidelines for managing the training in the Army, a Training and Exercises Conference was held at the Army House today.
During the Conference, budgeting and coordination of the projects and activities was carried out in accordance with the planned funds for the following year.
The representatives of the subordinate commands and units presented their proposal plans for implementing individual and collective training and exercises in 2024, as well as the operational requirements and the necessary assets to support the training.
In addition to the Chief of J-7 of the General Staff of the Army and the Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, the Conference was also attended by representatives from the organizational units of the General Staff, the chiefs of the sections responsible for training and exercises in the subordinate commands and units, a representative from the Military Academy and the Sergeant Major of the Army.
At the end of the Conference, conclusions and proposals were made in order to improve and overcome the challenges in the training process.
The Training Conference is a regular activity which takes place during the year, where the military-professional training carried out during the year is analyzed and the goals for the upcoming year are defined.
