Based on Article 18, Act 1, point 11, with the decree by the President of the Republic of Macedonia and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Colonel Vasko Gjurchinovski was promoted into Brigadier General.
Brigadier General Gjurchinovski has been on many important duties in his career. He started with a company commander within the Special Operations Regiment, Battalion Commander and after that Brigade Commander. He successfully represented ARM in a UN mission and UNIFIL in Lebanon. Apart for being Military Academy in Belgrade graduate he accomplished his post graduate studies in USA and finished Defense Studies in Italy.
Currently General Vasko Gjurchinovski is ARM Special Operations Regiment Commander and Adjutant of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Macedonia.
