Today, 25 February 2015, at the „Kuzman Josifovski-Pitu“ barracks in Tetovo, the patron holiday of the barracks and the 71st anniversary of the death of the National hero Kuzman Josifovski-Pitu was celebrated.
Many guests and representatives of the public and political life, citizen associations, and members of the communions, government and non-government organizations from the municipality were present at the celebration and attached importance to the event with their presence.
„All honorable Macedonians should join the Macedonian National front, no matter their previous resolve, nationality, religion or gender. “; the words of the hero were the final words of the paper that was read at the ceremony today in front of the attendees.
After this there was an oration by the Commander of the 3rd Mechanized Battalion, intonation of the national anthem of the Republic of Macedonia and paying respect to the hero with a moment of silence and laying fresh flowers on the bust of the national hero Kuzman Josifovski-Pitu.
