In the period between 31.08-06.09.2017, two instructors from National Guard of Vermont, USA visited the Centre for Individual Training within Training and Doctrine Command.
The aim of the visit is to familiarize, exchange experience and upgrade the lessons learnt to develop the training for NCOs. During the joint training with TRADOC instructors, Vermont NG instructors were familiarized with the organization and execution of TRADOC courses, and at the same time they had the opportunity to personally attend courses currently run in the unit.
In the upcoming period, as a continuation of the joint activity, representatives of the Training and Doctrine Command will attend a joint NCO training in Burlington, Vermont, USA, where they will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the organization and implementation of courses in the US Army, thereby upgrading existing ones and acquiring new knowledge.
