Monthly report of the directly subordinate units of JOC and command reconnaissance to the Southeastern part of Republic of North Macedonia was carried out in October 2019, in accordance with the working plan of the Joint Operations Command (JOC).
The goal of this activity was to observe the area with the JOC staff and the commanders of the subordinate units of JOC, and also to get acquainted with the geographical features of the area and the tactical conditions and the space limitations that influence the estimation and the organization of combat actions.
The command reconnaissance was carried out at two working points: Davidovo village and Nikolikj village.
After the practical work at the working points, the chiefs of the sections from JOC and the directly subordinate units to JOC briefed the participants on the reconnaissance preparations, the geographical and the tactical orientation on the terrain, the possibilities for tactical engagement of units for performance of combat actions, organization of logistics support, realization of CIMIC and organization of communication lines.
This kind of practical training is regularly performed with the commands and the units of the staffs in order to get acquainted with the terrain, strategic-tactical directions on the territory of Republic of North Macedonia and also to train and upgrade of the Command personnel.
