At the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), in the military barracks “Alekso Demnievski Bauman” in Veles, there was Change of Command ceremony in the Center for Individual Training (CIT). At the ceremony, the outgoing Commander of the Centre for Individual Training, Lieutenant Colonel Viktor Erkikj handed over his duty to the incoming Commander, Major Sadat Fera, who has been the officer in charge of plan and program development in TRADOC.
The Commander of TRADOC, Colonel Vasko Kokolanski, addressed the guests at the ceremony saying that the Center for Individual Training is a unit which build up the capacities of the main pillar of the Army, in other words, it is a place where soldiers and noncommissioned officers are trained to perform their duties in the combat units in the Army. He commended Lieutenant Colonel Viktor Erkikj on his successful leadership of the unit and he wished him all the best on his new appointment; whereas, he congratulated the incoming Commander on his new appointment, and told him to be a leader who will dedicate himself to the improvement of the interpersonal relationships, standards and values in the unit.
The outgoing Commander of CIT thanked the personnel who worked with him for their support, help, cooperation, and understanding during his tenure as a Commander of CIT. He congratulated the incoming Commander on his new appointment.
The incoming Commander thanked for the honor and trust given to be the Commander of the CIT. Additionally, he said that in the upcoming period he will command and lead this very important unit, and together with his personnel, he will contribute to the professional training and improvement of the future noncommissioned officers and professional soldiers in the Army.
