Today, medical teams of the USA army medical center, who give military exercise “Decisive Strike” medical support, went on to the second phase of the exercise which is visiting mountain villages, Supurge and Prnalija, in the vicinity of Radovish.
The medical team did a general medical check up of the elderly residents including measuring blood pressure. In addition, “Decisive Strike” participants collected humanitarian aid which contained clothing and footwear and distributed them to the villagers
Another activity, which is part of civilian and military cooperation, is going to eight towns in the Republic of North Macedonia. Two of the biggest armies participating in the military exercise “Decisive Strike” went to these towns and presented the vehicles, equipment and weapons used in the exercise to interested citizens. Additionally, they played a few sports matches with the local residents.
They have already been to Gevgelija, Sveti Nikole, and Kavadarci and during the exercise they will go to Radovish and Strumica on the 26th of June, Bitola on the 29th of June, Gostivar on the 1st of July and Skopje on the 5th of July.
Military exercise “Decisive Strike” is the biggest one organized by our army where the participants are 2700 service personnel from 5 allied countries, the USA, Lithuania, Albania, Bulgaria and Montenegro. The military exercise will last till the 8th of July 2019.
