In memory of the fallen members of the Army Reserve Forces near the Ljubotenski Bachila area, a delegation from the Army and the Ministry of Defense laid fresh flowers at the memorials of the fallen defenders.
On the occasion of the 24 anniversary of the death of the eight members of the Army Reserve Forces, a delegation from the Army and the Ministry of Defense, led by the Director of the General Staff, Brigadier General Orce Jordev, laid fresh flowers wreaths at the memorials in the village of Ljubanci, Volkovo, the “Ilinden” barracks and the Municipality of Gjorche Petrov.
On August 10, 2001, in a military truck of the Army, on the road near the Ljubotenski Bachila area, when a mine was activated, the following Army members lost their lives: Tome Badarovski, Goce Chankulovski, Branko Janev, Tomislav Nastevski, Marjancho Boshkovski, Ivica Zlatevski, Tome Dimovski and Rade Jankovski.
