The representatives of the countries participants in the exercise “REGEX-19” visited the Joint Operations Command (JOC) and were welcomed by the JOC Commander, Major General Pavle Arsoski.
According to the annual plan for exercises of the ARM and JOC, the Initial Planning Conference (IPC) for the exercise “REGEX-19” is happening in the hotel “Holiday Inn” in Skopje, in the period 04.02.-08.02.2019, organized by the Allied Joint Force Command Naples-NATO. After the IPC, they will prepare a detailed analysis of all problems and challenges in order to have a successful and high quality exercise.
After the presentation which introduced the participants of the exercise “REGEX-19” to the mission, structure, equipment and capacities of the JOC, they also presented the exercise “REGEX”, with its importance and size and the Republic of Macedonia as a host. This exercise is planned to have the highest number of countries as participants in the last 4 years and it is part of the NATO calendar for exercises, as one of the more important staff exercises in a simulations center.
