State Command Sergeant Major of the National Guard of Vermont, Command Sergeant Major Forest Glodgett gave a lecture to the senior cadets at the Cadet Training Center in military barracks “Goce Delchev” in Skopje.
Command Sergeant Major Glodgett was accompanied by an officer and two NCOs of the National Guard as well as Command Sergeant Major of ARM Dragan Stojanovski. The topic of the lecture was “The role of the Command Sergeant Major and the relation between Command Sergeant Major and the Commander”.
The cadets learned from the lecture about the relation and cooperation between the Command Sergeant Major and the Commander. The importance of the role and the place of the Command Sergeant Major in the battalion and in the National Guard of Vermont were especially emphasized. An example for officers and NCOs cooperation was given from the experience on their missions in Afghanistan. At his point he used the opportunity to thank Macedonian officers and NCOs for their participation and cooperation on the Afghanistan missions.
Command Sergeant Major of ARM, Command Sergeant Major Dragan Stojanovski told the cadets about the importance of the role and place of the NCOs in ARM.
