Today, at the Alekso Demnievski Bauman barracks in Veles, a handover-takeover ceremony was held for the change of command in the Centre for Individual Training (CIT), within the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The CIT Commander Major Sadat Fera handed over the duty to Major Dјunat Vedјioski, who until now had served as an executive officer at the Cadets and Officers Training Centre.
In his speech, the TRADOC Commander, Colonel Vasko Kokolanski, firstly highlighted that the change of command is a regular activity in the Army commands and units, conducted in accordance with the needs of the organizational and formation structure and the management changes it requires. He also noted that the Centre for Individual Training is a unit where the Army’ pillar capacities are built, a place where soldiers and non-commissioned officers are trained to conduct their duties in the Army combat units. He expressed his appreciation to Major Sadat Fera for his successful command of the unit, and wished him success in his new duty. He congratulated the incoming commander on his post and encouraged him to be a leader dedicated to promoting interpersonal relations and values among the Army personnel and enhancing training capacities of the centre.
In his speech, the outgoing CIT Commander, first expressed his gratitude to the entire staff for their support, assistance, cooperation and understanding in the period under his command, and congratulated the incoming commander on his post.
The incoming commander, Major Dјunat Vedјioski, expressed his appreciation for the honour and trust given to command the CIT. In addition, he emphasized that in the forthcoming period he will command and lead this very important unit together with the personnel, to contribute to the professional training of future Non-Commissioned Officers and professional soldiers in the Army.
