In the period from 27.05.2024 to 04.07.2024, the Battle-Staff Course for Non-Commissioned Officers 2-24 was held in the Individual Training Center within the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
The purpose of the course is to familiarize the participants with the functional duties and responsibilities of the non-commissioned staff officers and at the same time, to get acquainted with the position and role they play in the military decision making process. Upon completion of the course, the trainees with the newly acquired knowledge will be qualified to work in headquarters at battalion/brigade level.
During the closing ceremony, the participants were awarded certificates by Deputy Commander of TRADOC, Colonel Lulzim Nuredini. In his address, he pointed out that the overall effort and commitment will always be noted and valued, and he also mentioned that the acquired knowledge, achieved from the successful mastering of the contents of the course, should be applied in their units.
