On 26 June, at the Centre for Individual Training (CIT), 26 attendees NCOs from the ARM units accomplished the advanced NCO course.
The advanced NCO course produces qualified commanders of 1st sections and commanders of 3rd platoons, NCOs trained to undertake all responsibility connected with this duty.
By accomplishing this course, the attendees gain knowledge and experience which is necessary for successful undertaking of the new pending duties in their job.
During the training which began on the 13 May, the CIT instructors from the NCO training section, trained the attendees for successful performance of combat duties with a section – platoon, at the same time following the standard procedures which are of crucial importance for successful performance of each mission, they got familiarized with the system for managing, with the process of training – management, and they also improved their communication and presentation skills.
On an appropriate ceremony on the occasion of completing the course, the deputy commander of CIT, Major Oliver Veleski, gave certificates to all attendees for successful completion of the course.
