In the period from 04.11 until 27.11.2014, in accordance with the annual training plan, the members of the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade (1st MIB) in the area of training of subordinate units conducted situational tactical exercises (STX) with changing positions of the units.
The aim of the training is professional and methodical training and practice in the organization, execution of tactical tasks and introducing the area of responsibility of the units.
The activities commenced with issuing a tactical task with suppositions, after which the units started a tactical march to the stationing place. After establishing a camp room, the following activities were carried out: patrolling, establishing mobile checkpoint and securing the camp room.
In the afternoon and in the evening night rifle shooting and shooting exercises with the armament of armored mechanized units were conducted.
The brigade members tackled all challenges successfully and performed all the activities. This training is crucial for maintaining a high level of training of the units in tactical movement, for conducting tactical procedures and for team building.
