Open Day for the ARM was held by the 4th Mechanized Infantry Battalion (4MIBn) of the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade (1MIBde) on the 10th of October, 2014. The Open Day was held for the students of the high schools, elementary schools, and other civilians of the Demir Hisar County by organizing tactical-technical display (TT-display) of armament and equipment.
On the 24th of September, 2014 the Commander of the 4th Mechanized Infantry Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Blagoja Mijakovski had a meeting with the Demir Hisar mayor, Mr. Ljupcho Blazeski. At the meeting they talked about improving their cooperation i.e. the cooperation between the 4MIBn and the Demir Hisar County and agreed on the TT-display for the Open Day for the ARM.
The ARM personnel professionally presented their unit at the Open Day and the visitors had a chance to see the armament and equipment used in the 4th Mechanized Infantry Battalion.
