In accordance with the Annual Training Plan of the Joint Operations Command (JOC) and the first subordinate units for 2014 in the period from 09.09 to 09.16.2014 in the JOC in the first subordinate units informing the key personnel on current events and developments in the JOC and the ARM and quarterly briefings on training (QTB) for the third quarter of 2014 were carried out.
The key personnel informing was conducted by a team of experts made up of JOC sections’ members, led by the Joint Operations Command Deputy Commander Brigadier General Muhamet Racaj and the JOC Chief of Staff Brigadier General Stojan Dimchov.
The commands and units key personnel who are participants in the QTB as well was informed by representatives of the JOC commander about the tasks completed in the past quarter and pivotal tasks for the future as well as about other current events in the JOC and the ARM in general.
At the quarterly training briefings the JOC first subordinate units ‘commanders were acquainted by the commanders and NCOs of their first subordinate units with the level to what level the activities in the field of training were realized as well as the level of training of units in the past quarter .
The QTB reviewed the implemented and pivotal activities, the problems faced by the units in the process of carrying out of the training, with special emphasis on proposals to overcome these problems and training priorities for the next quarter.
The informing of the key personnel of the subordinate units by the JOC Commander and the briefings on training and planning are regular activities which are carried out quarterly throughout the year.
