The cadets from the Cadets and Officers Training Centre currently enrolled at the Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski”, within the Training and Doctrine Command, have recently conducted training and exercises at the Army Training Area “Krivolak” and Training Center “Pepelishte”. The training groups carried out various activities in accordance with the annual training plan of the Training and Doctrine Command.
During this practical training, successful exercises were conducted in the branches of infantry, artillery, engineering and communications. Through these activities cadets acquired professional and specialist knowledge essential for their respective military branches.
The acquired knowledge, essential for the cadets to be able to successfully lead and command units, plan, organize and conduct combat training and education, contributed to the cadets being fully prepared to make correct and timely decisions when carrying out missions within their respective branches.
Fourth-year cadets of the Platoon Commander Course successfully completed the assigned tasks. They became familiar with the equipment available to the Army and practically demonstrated their knowledge acquired during the training process. They concluded the final part of the course with a successful execution of an exercise that showcased a mechanized infantry platoon in attack.
Through the implementation of practical training, cadets are given the opportunity to fully enhance and reinforce their previously acquired theoretical knowledge, while also gaining the confidence and experience essential for life and work in field conditions — a crucial foundation for every future, modern, and well-trained Army officer.
