On 03.09.2014 at the barracks “Chede Filiposki- Dame” in Kichevo and on 04.09.2014 at the barracks “Jane Sandanski” in Shtip, there were voluntary blood donations on the occasion of 8th September – the Independence Day of the Republic of Macedonia.
At the event, the service personnel of the 4th Mechanized Infantry Battalion and the 2nd Logistics Battalion in Kichevo confirmed their commitment to humanity donating 59 blood units. At the same time, in the Ship Garrison, the service personnel of the 2nd Mechanized Infantry Battalion and the 1st Logistics Battalion donated 40 blood units.
The service personnel of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia follow the tradition of organizing several blood donations a year, showing their commitment to humanity and thus giving their contribution to saving people’s lives.
