An action of voluntary blood donation was carried out in the barracks “Alekso Demnievski Bauman” in Veles. Units located in the barracks showed their humanity, as well as the soldiers on voluntary military service.
The action during which 80 blood units were donated was realized in the organization of the team from the Institute of Blood Transfusion in Skopje in cooperation with the Red Cross of Macedonia.
By donating blood, an act that represents the highest level of humanity, the military personnel from the barracks “Alekso Demnievski Bauman” in Veles showed solidarity in saving and extending human lives in the best way possible.
