On 4th November 2014, at the Individual Training Centre of the Training and Doctrine Command, began the course for a Company Sergeant Major. The course participants are NCOs from the ARM units.
The aim of this course is to identify the duties and responsibilities of the Sergeant Major in terms of realization and monitoring of the individual training in the unit, carrying out personnel management in the company, administrative work, logistics and maintenance, leadership, discipline, morale, physical education, combat operations, advising and problem solving.
By accomplishing this course, the NCO participants acquire a certificate for completing the course and, have the opportunity to be appointed Company Sergeant Majors.
