On the 27th of August, 2014, the Battle Staff NCO Course started at the Individual Training Center within the Training Command and Doctrine. There are going to be 20 ARM NCOs attending the course.
The aim of the Battle Staff NCO Course is to train the participants to work in the headquaters of a battalion-brigade.
During one month training at the course the participants will have an opportunity to learn about the battalion–brigade organization, duties and responsibilities of Staff NCO and their role in the military decision-making process in the battalion-brigade.
At the Battle Staff NCO Course the participants will improve their knowledge which will help them to adapt to their new duties in the future.
