In the period from 11.02. to 15.02.2019, the “Manual for Planning and Organizing Communication and Information Systems (CIS)” training was realized at the TC “Pepelishte” in accordance with the Training Calendar and the Annual Plan of the JOC.
The activity was led by the Chief of J-6/JOC and was attended by the Chiefs of G/A/S-6 up to battalion level, as well as by the Commanders of signal companies of the subordinate commands and units of the JOC. Through theoretical presentations, discussions and exchange of personal experience, the participants were able to improve their knowledge in the area of planning and organizing CIS and will implement it in the preparation of the future plans.
A Conference for CIS was also organized during the activity where they were able to discuss all challenges and give suggestions for overcoming the challenges in order to improve the CIS of ARM and the use of the current mechanisms of communication.
The common conclusion of the participants is that the training was an excellent opportunity to broaden the current and acquire new knowledge in order to overcome the challenges they face with when they complete the tasks in the area of communication, which means that the goal of the training was accomplished.
