Today and tomorrow in the “Ilinden” barracks, part of the members of the Special Operations Regiment and fire brigades from the units that are housed in the barracks together with the members of the Fire Fighting Brigade of the city of Skopje, carry out joint training in dealing with fires.
The training aims to improve the training of army personnel and exchange experiences with the members of the Fire Fighting Brigade. The first part of the training is theoretical, where certain procedures and parts of the equipment as well as the fire fighting vehicles are studied, while the second part will be realized through practical work and drilling procedures. Tomorrow a joint demonstration exercise will be carried out.
This training, in addition to expanding the knowledge and upgrading the capabilities of the members of the units, will increase the level of security against possible fires.
