March 11th, the Day of the Reserve Forces Command was marked in the “NH Strasho Pindjur” barracks in Petrovec, in accordance with all “Covid-19” protocols.
The Commander of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Besnik Emini and the Commanders of the units in Petrovec garrison attended the ceremony.
In his address, the commander of the Reserve Forces Command, Kjiro Kalkov stressed that they are proud to be bearers of the tradition of this event from the recent history of the Macedonian people. On March 11, 1992, at the watch tower “Ramna Niva” in Kriva Palanka, Macedonian flag was shown for the first time at the border, by which the territorial integrity of our country and the Army formations were marked.
In his speech, the commander of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Besnik Emini stressed that in the development and creation of the commands and the units in the Army, in the part of the active and reserve personnel, the Reserve Forces Command takes significant place.
On the occasion of the day of the unit, the incentives were given to the members of the unit for the achieved results.
