During the visit to Vermont, USA, the Army Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski, and the Defence Minister Slavjanka Petrovska visited the Ethan Allen Firing Range of the National Guard of Vermont, USA, where they were welcomed by the National Guard Commander, General Gregory Knight.
At the Ethan Allen training facility, General Gjurchinovski and Minister Petrovska had the opportunity to watch the joint exercise of Macedonian soldiers from the NBC Company and the Vermont National Guard, called “Northern Fallout”, which is another proof of the strong partnership and cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries.
After visiting the training facility, the Chief of Staff and the Minister will also visit the Air Base of the Vermont National Guard, where they will be welcomed by the WING commander, Colonel Daniel Finnegan. The Air Base visit will finish with takeoffs of the Vermont Air National Guard’s F-35 fighter jets.
