Based on the needs of the Army units in the past period, the initial pilot course titled “Training Course for Non-Commissioned Officers in Budget and Finance” was conducted at the Training and Doctrine Command in the “Alekso Demnievski Bauman” barracks in Veles, where 8 Army personnel were certified. The training took place at the Individual Training Center in Veles, during the period from June 2 to 23, 2025, with duration of three working weeks.
The aim of the Training Course for Non-Commissioned Officers in Budget and Finance is to train participants for responsible, proper, and timely material-financial operations and handling of financial resources used in the units and commands of the Army. Through the implementation of this course, the participants are trained and qualified to perform assigned tasks such as receiving, safeguarding, and managing cash funds and securities, proper documentation management in cash operations, effective monitoring of the condition and movement of material-financial resources, timely maintenance of material and financial records and registers, as well as proper management and control of material and financial documents and records.
Upon completion of the course, the Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Brigadier General Lulzim Nuredini, presented the participants with certificates for successful completion of the course, urging them to thoroughly engage in their work processes and the execution of their duties, now enriched with new knowledge which they will have the opportunity to implement in their positions within the Army units.
