Ahead of the celebration of October 21 – the Day of the Unit, the Signal Battalion, in cooperation with the Red Cross of the Municipality of Chair, carried out a humanitarian aid action, providing food products, clothing, and educational materials to the Public Institution “Institute for Rehabilitation of Children and Youth,” Skopje.
The public institution is part of a network of social public institutions that provide out-of-family care services for persons with disabilities.
A short visit was carried out with the director and staff of the institution to meet the children and elderly residents.
At the end of the meeting, further cooperation between the public institution and the Signal Battalion was agreed upon.
