On 10 and 11 February 2026, voluntary blood donations were conducted at “Boro Menkov” barracks in Kumanovo and “Kuzman Josifovski-Pitu” barracks in Tetovo, in cooperation with the Red Cross and the Department of Transfusiology.
The campaigns were organized as part of the activities commemorating 26 February – the Day of the Combat Service Support Battalion (CSSBn), part of the 1st Infantry Brigade, as well as in honour of the patron saint day of “Kuzman Josifovski-Pitu” barracks in Tetovo.
Members of the Army once again demonstrated their humanity in action by voluntarily donating 78 units of blood.
Humanity contributes to saving many human lives and is a defining trait of every member of the Army.
