Today, April 12, 2014, the NATO Level-2 assessment of the Medium Infantry Battalion Group (MIBG) and NATO Level -2 assessment of the Light Maneuver Hospital (LMH) in accordance with the Operational Capabilities Concept (OCC) was completed.
The exercise was closed by the Chief of Staff of the Joint Operations Command, Brigadier General Stojan Dimchov, who highlighted the opportunities for conducting collective training which contributed to strengthening the combat readiness of the units and to improving the staff training processes in NATO-led operations. He congratulated the participants in the exercise on the professionalism shown during the performance of tasks and wished them a safe return to the units.
The commanders of the declared units (MIBG and LMH), according to the Operational Capabilities Concept, received an initial formal assessment of their units from NATO assessors and assessment team composed of experienced and certified assessors.
