Units of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia, with the training and experience of the 157 participants taking part in the international exercise “Anaconda-16”, daily display their compatibility with the procedures and standards used by NATO partner armies.
The situational exercises ‘company in defense’ and ‘company in attack’, carried out jointly by the mechanized infantry company and one company of the Bulgarian army, as well as the situational exercises at a squad and section level, performed by the Military Police Company together with US Army members and members from other partner armies, are part of today’s and yesterday’s activities.
Continual exercise activities conducted by the operational command are a prelude to the large-scale and complex exercises involving live-firing already carried out by some services at some locations, and are part of the main events which follow in the final part of the exercise according to the given scenario.
