The opening of the workshop in the hotel “Holiday Inn” and the reception for the Brigadier General Reinhard Kloss by the Deputy Chief of General Staff of the ARM, Major General Azim Nuredin marked the beginning of the planning process for the exercise “Regex 19” organized by NATO.
At the opening of the workshop, Brigadier General Reinhard Kloss, the Chief of J9 in the Joint Force Command Naples and Brigadier General Orce Jordev, the Chief of Staff of the Joint Operations Command addressed the participants and wished them a successful and efficient work.
During the meeting, General Kloss and General Nuredin discussed the planning process with a successful realization of the exercise, about building confidence and understanding for a better cooperation in the region and promotion of the improved interoperability.
The goal of the exercise is to train the staff for working in a multinational environment, planning and leading UN peace missions led by NATO as operations for support of the civil structures. The exercise will be held in Veles in October, 2019 with participants from 16 countries.
