At the Simulation Center in the “Alekso Demnievski – Bauman” barracks in Veles, the SEEBRIG headquarters will conduct a simulation exercise at the command post “SEVEN STARS 2025” from the 2 to 11 April, 2025. In accordance with the plan for organizing and participating in international exercises, with the full support of the Army, including the Training and Doctrine Command with its capacities, a simulation exercise will be conducted with the participation of more than 150 members of SEEBRIG member countries, as well as NATO observers.
A computer-simulated exercise at the Simulation Center will demonstrate interoperability, and will also practice command and control procedures within the SEEBRIG headquarters, including response cells demonstrated by SEEBRIG-affiliated units. On the distinguished visitors day, a dynamic demonstration of tactical-level activities will be held at the Army Training Area Krivolak by the SEEBRIG supporting unit from the host country’s Army.
This international exercise aims to improve the operational capabilities of the Brigade Command and attached units within the brigade, thus improving interoperability when participating in peace support operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster response operations.
The “SEVEN STARS 2025” exercise strengthens SEEBRIG’s capabilities for cooperation and stability in Southeast Europe, and also demonstrates readiness to participate in peace support operations in the event of a request from the United Nations and the OSCE.
