Today, 24 November, at the Military Medical Center in Skopje, in accordance with the cooperation program between the Macedonian Army and the U.S. Army for the development of capacities and capabilities, and with the support of the U.S. military delegation in our country, an after-action review was conducted for the Psychological Operations (PSYOPS) team from the Light Infantry Battalion Group (LIBG) that participated in the exercise “Saber Junction 25.”
The activity was carried out in cooperation with representatives from the Regional Information Support Team – PSYOPS DET Balkans of the U.S. Army, deployed in Montenegro. During the event, a productive discussion was opened and experiences were exchanged regarding the preparation of the Psychological Operations team. Additionally, the possibility of involving PSYOPS DET Balkans in the preparation of the Macedonian team for the upcoming NATO combat readiness evaluation of the LIBG, which will take place next year during the exercise “Flash 26” at the Army Training Area Krivolak, was reviewed.
This activity is yet another confirmation of the excellent bilateral cooperation between the Macedonian Army and the U.S. Army.
