The Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Major General Sashko Lafchiski, held a working meeting today with the Director of the Public Security Bureau at the Ministry of Interior, Aleksandar Janev.
During the meeting at the General Staff, discussions focused on the implementation of procedures for strengthening institutional resilience, support in building NATO capabilities, cooperation between the Army and the Ministry of Interior, as well as further advancement of coordination in carrying out joint activities.
Both officials emphasized the importance of continuous and constructive inter-institutional cooperation, particularly in areas such as border security, crisis management, and joint training and exercises. They also reaffirmed their commitment to further intensifying cooperation in these key areas.
