Organized by the Army and the Office of Defense Cooperation at the Embassy of the United States of America in Skopje, the “Advanced Host Nation Support Workshop” is being held at the Army House from 27 to 31 of July.
The workshop is conducted by instructors from the 21st Theater Sustainment Command of the United States Armed Forces. In addition to members of the General Staff, Army commands, and units, the activity is attended by representatives of the Armed Forces of Albania, Serbia, and Montenegro.
The main objective of the workshop is to further enhance regional cooperation and partnership, as well as to exchange best practices in the fields of logistics and host nation support.
Through interactive lectures, practical sessions, and the analysis of specific scenarios, participants work on harmonizing national procedures and standards for providing host nation support. This approach will contribute to more effective coordination and the seamless provision of logistic support during multinational operations, exercises, and other joint activities.
By organizing this workshop, the Macedonian Army reaffirms its commitment to strengthening interoperability with allied and partner armed forces, as well as to the continuous enhancement of national capabilities in accordance with NATO standards.
