The Chief NCO of the Allied Operations Command at the NATO Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers in Europe (SHAPE), Command Sergeant Major Davor Petek, is on a two-day official visit to the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
The purpose of the visit of the Chief NCO of the Allied Operations Command is to familiarize with the organization and functioning of the NCO corps of the ARM, exchange experiences and to consider the possibilities for improving the cooperation in the development of the NCO corps.
In addition, during the meeting the main NCOs discussed the NATO activities related to the development of the NCO corps, which is one of the main pillars in the conduct of military training and enables more efficient operation of the command.
In accordance with the program, planned for today and tomorrow, the guest will visit the training facilities of ARM in the Training and Doctrines Command, the Military Medical Center and the Special Operations Regiment, where presentations and method demonstration exercises will be performed.
During his visit in the General Staff, the Command Sergeant Major Petek, accompanied by his host, the Chief Officer of the ARM, Command Sergeant Major Sveto Cvetkovski, was welcomed by the ARM Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Metodija Velichkovski.
