The Chief of Defence of the Republic of Croatia Armed Forces, Admiral Robert Hranj, is on an official visit to the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia today.
After the reception with high military honors, Admiral Robert Hranj had a meeting with his host, the Chief of Army’s General Staff, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski.
The promotion of bilateral military cooperation, the security initiatives cooperation, the experiences of joint participation in training and exercises in NATO led international operations, the cooperation in terms of military education, as well as using the ATA “Krivolak” capacities for exercises were discussed at today’s meeting.
In recent years, the bilateral defense cooperation with the Republic of Croatia is primarily in the field of military education, our personnel attending military educational institutions in Croatia, and participation in joint exercises and training.
After the official visit to the General Staff, Admiral Hranj will attend the 26th US-Adriatic Charter (A-5) Chiefs of Defence Conference tomorrow.
