The Commander of the NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Greece, Lieutenant General Athanasios Garinis, accompanied by the Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Major General Sashko Lafchiski, paid a working visit to TA “Krivolak” today.
The purpose of the visit was to explore opportunities for deepening the established cooperation with the NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Greece through the use of the capacities offered by the Training Area Krivolak for training and exercises.
During the visit, the delegation had the opportunity to tour the site and become familiar with the characteristics and capabilities of the Training Area Krivolak. Additionally, a briefing was held to present the training ground’s potential for conducting various types of training and complex exercise operations, as well as its accommodation facilities, which have been proven multiple times during international exercises with allies and partners. The briefing also included a presentation of future development plans for this national resource.
