From 18th to 22nd February, 2019 the NATO NCOs DEEP team visited the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
The aim of this visit was to determine the possibilities that the DEEP team has to offer, as well as the possibilities of the ARM to integrate their suggestions in order to improve the quality of the NCO’s educational process and to increase the level of interoperability with NATO member states.
The plan is to familiarize the team with the NCO’s educational system in order to determine the possibilities for education and professional development of the NCOs in the ARM.
During the visit, the DEEP team had official meetings with the Director of the ARM GS, Major General Zoran Mileski, with NATO Military Liaison Office representatives, and representatives of the Human Resources Sector at the MoD, the J-1/ GS section of the ARM, the Training and Doctrine Command, as well as meetings with a working group comprised of ARM NCOs.
