Today, (12th of November), CHOD Lieutenant General Gorancho Kotevski visited the garrison in Tetovo. This visit of the CHOD of military barracks “Kuzman Josifovski – Pitu” in Tetovo is a part of the plan to visit all garrisons within ARM, which started last month by visiting Joint Operations Command (JOC) in Kumanovo, then in Shtip and Prilep.
While in Tetovo, CHOD informed all servicemen of this garrison about the current situation in ARM, different tasks they are facing and future plans of ARM.
CHOD visited the garrison in Tetovo together with: JOC Commander Major General Metodija Velichkovski, 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade Commander Brigadier General Pavle Arsoski, a few chiefs of sections in GS of ARM, accompanied by the garrison Tetovo Commander. During the visit of military barracks “Kuzman Josifovski – Pitu” the visitors saw the working and living conditions of the barracks, the working facilities, and thus they were assured that servicemen of ARM have normal conditions to perform their work duties. During his visit, there was an opportunity to inspect the performance of daily work duties and training of ARM servicemen in garrison in Tetovo.
While visiting the garrison in Tetovo, CHOD also met the garrison’s key personnel who had an opportunity to ask questions about functioning of services, as well as other questions which the servicemen in this garrison were interested in.
The 3rd Mechanized Infantry Battalion, which is subordinate unit to 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade, and Logistics Support Unit are based in the military barracks “Kuzman Josifovski – Pitu” in Tetovo.
