Today, 17 September 2013, the Chief of the General Staff of the ARM, Lieutenant General Gorancho Koteski, held a farewell meeting with the Lieutenant Colonel Arnold Maer, the German Defense Attache in Republic of Macedonia.
During the meeting General Koteski thanked Lieutenant Colonel Maer for his work and expert engagement, and noted that he gave a noticeable contribution in the continuity of the great bilateral cooperation between the ARM and the German Bundeswehr.
The duty Defense Attache of Germany was performed by Lieutenant Colonel Arnold Maer in the Embassy in Tirana, Albania, and starting from last year his jurisdiction was covering the cooperation in the defense field between Germany and Macedonia.
The meeting in the General Staff was used by the Chief of the GS to meet the new Defense Attaché of Germany in Republic of Macedonia, Colonel Guido Altendorf who will perform his duties from the embassy in Tirana.
