Today, the First Annual Conference on Planning Training in the Army for 2020 was held according to the annual training calendar, and in the organization of the Army’s General Staff J-7 section for training and exercises.
At the conference, the subordinate commands and units present the planned training and exercise activities for 2020, and thus initial estimates on the required budget are made.
The conference was opened by the Director of the General Staff, Major General Zoran Mileski, who emphasized the importance of the conclusions and guidelines that will be established at this conference for the process of planning and management of the training.
The training conference was attended by representatives of the organizational units of the General Staff and the heads of sections responsible for training and exercises from the subordinate commands and units. They presented the planned activities in the field of training and exercises in 2020 that will be performed independently or as participation in bilateral and international agreements, based on inter-army co-operation.
