From 4 to 7 of November, a professional NATO team of trainers from the Oberammergau educational center conducted a seminar on Ingraining Command Team Concept at the military barracks “Goce Delchev” in Skopje. The objective of the seminar was improving interrelations and communication between officers and non-commissioned officers.
Battalion Commanders and Sergeant Majors from different branches of the army attended the seminar which was conducted in accordance with the Plan for NATO cooperation supported by the NATO DEEP (Defense Education Enhancement Programme) team.
The team of trainers used the syndicate method and exchange of experience to present tools and ways of implementing command team concept in the army as it is used in the NATO Member Countries.
Implementation of the Command Team concept will greatly improve the outcomes and effectiveness of training and education of the army service personnel conducted by the non-commissioned officers, who are the main pillar of army training and combat readiness.
