The Chief of General Staff of ARM, Lieutenant General Metodija Velichkovski met the newly appointed Defense Attaché of the Peoples Republic of China accredited to the Republic of Macedonia, Senior Colonel Jun Zhu.
General Velichkovski cordially welcomed Colonel Jun Zhu in the Republic of Macedonia. He expressed his hopes in continuing the intensity of the bilateral defense cooperation established in 2004.
At the meeting gratitude was expressed for the Chinese support in equipment and training (National Defense School, Command and Staff Academy, Martial Arts Courses, Special Forces Team Commander Course and etc.) which ARM personnel have attended in the PR of China.
Regular meetings of these high military representatives of both countries contribute to improving and increasing the already well established good relations.
