The Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski, together with the President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski and the Minister of Defence, Slavjanka Petrovska held a traditional meeting with the former Chiefs of the General Staff and the retired Generals before the New Year’s holidays.
During the meeting, which was held in the Army Hall in Skopje, in addition to being introduced to the current processes in the Army and the upcoming activities, the former most responsible persons in the Army had the opportunity to express their own experiences and to give constructive suggestions related to the Army and the defence.
The highest military leaders expressed their gratitude to the attendees for their contribution to the formation, development and affirmation of the Army during their military service.
Besides the President Stevo Pendarovski, the Minister Petrovska and the Chief of the General Staff, General Gjurchinovski, the meeting was also attended by the other Generals in the Army and some heads of departments in the Ministry of Defence.
