In the presence of the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Major General Azim Nuredin, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Özlem Canel, accompanied by the Defense Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Jürgen Fleischmann, paid a visit to the Military Medical Center (MMC).
As part of today’s visit, a tour and presentation of the Medical Training Department (MTD) were conducted to familiarize the guests with its mission, tasks, structure, and capacities. The possibilities for future cooperation were also discussed, taking into account the needs of the Medical Training Department.
The reconstruction of the MTD was supported by a donation from the Kingdom of the Netherlands in 2009/2010, and cooperation continues through the organization of first aid courses for the staff of the Dutch Embassy, which are conducted annually.
