Today at the Plateau in front of the Logistics Support Brigade, the Military Medical Center marked the 21st of December – the day of the unit, which was attended by: Chief of Staff and Section Chiefs of Logistics Support, Army Brigade and Battalions Commanders, former commanders and other guests.
In her address, Military Medical Center Commander Colonel Irena Mineva began with a wise Mahatma Gandhi’s thought: “Health is the real wealth, not pieces of silver and gold” and emphasized that the Military Medical Center is part of the Army with a mission to preserve and promote the health of Army members continuously, everywhere and always. At the end of her speech, Colonel Irena Mineva congratulated December 21 – Day of the unit to all members of the Military Medical Center.
Logistic Support Brigade Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-Colonel Aleksandar Stojchevski, congratulating the unit on the occasion, said that the Military Medical Center, besides its regular tasks, was actively involved in supporting all military exercises, including, of course, the “Decisive Strike” exercise. It also unselfishly supported the medical training of members of the Army, of the Ministry of Interior, National Statistic Center, Crisis Center and members of several foreign armies.
Following the ceremony, congratulations were received on the occasion of December 21 – Day of the Military Medical Center from other units, as well as the incentives for the achieved results in the work of the Military Medical Center members given by the Chief of General Staff, Logistic Support Brigade Commander and Military Medical Center Commander were reported.
