The members of the Medical Training Department, within the Medical Support Battalion (MSBn), and the members of the Balkan Medical Task Force (BMTF), in cooperation with instructors from Switzerland, completed the “Tactical Combat Casualty Care” course at barracks “Ilinden”, from 26th to 29th October. The participants were trained in standardized procedures for pre-hospital care of casualties.
During the course the participants had an opportunity to get practical training and learn about the steps in case of providing care under fire, evacuating casualties and other steps and procedures.
