From 13 March to 3 April 2026, activities for informing and holding discussions with the female personnel from the Operations Command (OC) were carried out by the Army’s gender equality officers. The activities were implemented in accordance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 from 2000, which encompasses gender equality in all phases – from planning to execution, as well as at all levels of decision-making, command, and control.
The aim of the briefing was to enhance the professional approach in carrying out daily tasks, encourage personnel and professional development through the exchange of experiences and the recognition of challenges, as well as to provide information on opportunities for career development.
The female personnel of the OC continuously demonstrate a high level of dedication in fulfilling their daily tasks and serve as an example of a professional attitude toward work. At the same time, they actively contribute to the advancement of gender equality and the building of a work environment based on teamwork, cooperation, and mutual respect within the commands and units of the Operations Command.
